We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Lagos

Job Purpose
- To lead the kitchen team, design menus, oversee food preparation, and ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and cost efficiency in all culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff across all sections.
- Develop and update menus aligned with customer preferences and business goals.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Manage food costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate culinary staff.
Working Conditions:

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Culinary Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years in a leadership role in professional kitchens.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and financial management.
