Job Title: Group Head of Sales
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for digital LED screens and related services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support todrive performance and meet sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets for digital LED screens, including retail,hospitality, entertainment, advertising, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, including architects, contractors, designers, and end-users.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to showcase our products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in sales strategies and processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline status, market insights, and forecasts.
Person Specification / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role in the digital signage or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets for digital LED screens and Static Advert Solutions.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners.
- Deep understanding of digital signage technology, including LED displays, content management systems, and software solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience in out door advsitising company will be an added advantage.
