Job Title: Griller
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the grill station efficiently and safely
- Ensure consistency in preparation and presentation of grilled items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area and equipment
- Follow kitchen protocols and work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a griller or in a similar kitchen role
- Strong understanding of grilling techniques and timing
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
