Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee – Electrical and Mechanical

About the Role
- We are seeking passionate and innovative recent graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to join our dynamic team as Graduate Trainees.
- This program offers hands-on experience and structured training aimed at grooming high-potential talents for long-term career success within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational on-the-job training across key departments.
- Support senior engineers in troubleshooting, maintenance, and project execution.
- Assist in the design, development, and improvement of production processes.
- Carry out equipment diagnostics and propose preventive maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years post-NYSC work experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be proximate to the Agbara location.
Salary
N120,000 Monthly.
