About the Role
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager withs ound business acumen and accurate business analysis skills to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure efficiency across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of production and distribution units
- Develop and implement business strategies for profitability and growth
- Conduct accurate business and financial analysis for informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in water production
- Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource utilization
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen distribution channels
- Provide periodic performance and financial reports to management.
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ management experience, preferably in FMCG or water/beverage industry
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Excellent knowledge of business operations, financial management, and market trends
- Good communication, organizational, and team management skills
- Must reside in or around Surulere, Lagos for easy accessibility.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,0000 per month.
