Job Summary
- The General Manager will oversee the end-to-end operations of real estate projects, with a strong focus on supervising large-scale building and infrastructure developments.
- The role requires strategic leadership, construction oversight, team coordination, and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of real estate development projects
- Supervise large-scale construction projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project timelines
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
- Lead site inspections, progress reviews, and quality assurance
- Drive sales, leasing, and marketing strategies for completed properties
- Report regularly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years in real estate/project management, with hands-on building supervision experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and contract negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-million-naira projects
- Must reside within the Lekki-Epe expressway of Lagos State, Nigeria.
