Job Summary
- Our client seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee three entities in Facility Management (Cleaning Services) and Events/Gifting (Surprises & Experience) industries.
- The ideal candidate must have solid GM experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across entities.
- Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies.
- Supervise team leads and align goals with company objectives.
- Monitor budgets, performance, and compliance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Present reports and insights to the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or certification is an advantage).
- 3 – 5 years proven General Manager experience.
- Strong financial, leadership, and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
- Strategic, organized, and results-driven.
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Net / Month.
