Job Summary
- We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team with a strong background in the Payment Terminal Service Provider (PTSP) industry.
- The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, industry expertise, and a track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability (Strategic Leadership)

- Leverage PTSP knowledge to identify opportunities and mitigate risks (Industry Expertise)

- Identify and mitigate operational risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (Risk Management)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the PTSP industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of business growth and strategic leadership
- Strong understanding of payment terminal services, industry trends, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with payment processing, acquiring, and switching
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS)
- Familiarity with technology trends in payment terminals.
