Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and implement business strategies for each subsidiary to align with corporate goals.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation across all

- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive operational efficiency, process im
- Movements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure business adaptability.
- Report directly to the executive board on subsidiary performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- An MBA or equivalent is preferred for a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within transportation, real estate, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Must have experience in at least two industries – transportation & real estate
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Available to resume within 2 weeks – 1 month.
