We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Fulfillment Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Process and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests.
- Coordinate directly with delivery partners
- Track the movement of delivery and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues.
- Ensure all fulfillment records are accurately maintained and up to date.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs.
- Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance.
- Support the onboarding and coordination of delivery partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 0–1 year experience in logistics or fulfillment operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Computer savvy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
