Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: Hospitality (4-star hotel)
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings
- Allocation guests to their rooms and providing keys
- Answering phone calls from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
- Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopy
- Providing concierge services such as booking theatre tickets, arranging travel and providing information about local amenities and attractions
- Checking quests out, taking payments and returning deposits
Requirements
- Minimum of National Diploma in any course of study
- Must have clear communication skills and love to meet people
- Minimum of One year experience on the role.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices (Excel and Word)
- Female is more preferable for gender balance
Salary
N80,000 Monthly and other benefits
