We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and professional image for the company. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, personable, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and manage appointments.

Client Support:

  • Provide basic information about the company’s properties and services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and requests.
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries and appointments.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general office administration tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain office records and files.
  • Order office supplies.

Social Media & Content Creation:

  • Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments.
  • Develop and produce short, informative videos showcasing company properties and services.

Customer Service:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reception role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong social media skills, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Experience with video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie) is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
