Job Title: Floor Manager – Customer Service
Location: Benin, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk and floor operations to ensure smooth patient experience.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to manage patient flow efficiently.
- Monitor staff conduct, service delivery, and adherence to hospital standards.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and service escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare daily activity and service reports for management review.
- Train and mentor customer service officers to maintain a consistent standard of care.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or customer service management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
