Description
- We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to report to the CFO and manage a lean team of analysts.Â
- You will build a world-class financial planning and performance monitoring team that delivers solid models, forecasts and analyses that drive business strategy and sound decision making.Â
Responsibilities
- Work with the CFO and executive team to develop company strategy.Â
- Develop our annual business plan and rolling performance forecasts.Â
- Build practical financial models for effective decision making.Â
- Own internal and external research and business intelligence initiatives.Â
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential. A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- 6+ years of quantitative and financial modeling experience in banking, finance or consulting sectors, providing financial advice to senior management, building business models, business cases, sensitivity analyses, etc.Â
- CFA or other relevant professional qualifications.Â
