Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting;
- Master’s (MBA/MSc Finance/Economics) is an advantage
- ACA/ACCA certification is mandatory
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance or accounting experience, including audit firm exposure
- At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial finance role
- Experience in construction, property, or facilities management is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, budgeting, and financial modelling
- Expertise in treasury management, risk assessment, and ERP/financial systems (SAP, Sage, ERPNext)
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring across business units
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
- Coordinate annual audits and statutory filings
- Partner with business units to track profitability, ROI, and project viability
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
