Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to manage our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
- The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure smooth audits.
- Provide financial training and support to non-financial staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary
N300,000 monthly.
