Established on October 1, 2004, the organization has actively engaged in a multitude of developmental programs spanning Health, Education, and Socioeconomic development. Finance Officer

The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the organization through the Finance unit. It is designed to support the logistical flow and effective functionality and sustaining the growth and development of the organization, staff and satisfaction of the donor/management.
Qualifications:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles and regulations
- Minimum 2–3-year relevant work experience in finance or accounting role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g, Excel, ERP)
- Ability to work independently and as a team
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer:

- Job Field: M&E Overall, Job Purpose:
The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer supports the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities within specific projects to ensure data-driven decision- making and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mathematics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an NGO setting.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, or EPIinfo.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and deliver high- quality work within deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a commitment to staff development and capacity building. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
