Job Summary
- We are a dynamic finance company seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team at Sthenic Finance and Advisory.

Key Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions accurately and timely manner
- Issue payment invoices and receipts to clients
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with internal and external audits as necessary
- Support other accounting tasks and projects as assigned by a supervisor
Requirements
Academic Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential)
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (essential)
- Accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, or in progress) is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies:
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
