Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: 8AM – 5PM (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including journals and ledgers (daily bookkeeping)
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities
- Conduct petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Track and categorize expenses
- Prepare internal financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Support audit processes and ensure relevant documentation is available
- Conduct industry research and generate internal newsletter reports
- Assist in client acquisition and contribute to business development efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Minimum of 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Business development exposure is an added advantage
- ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage (final stage or active members preferred
