Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
- Scan products, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and handle returns or exchanges.
- Provide customer assistance and answer questions.
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
- Count cash in the register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Follow security and anti-theft policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient filling stationoperations.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining inventory.
Requirements & Skills
- Previous experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or Customer Service Representative is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions efficiently.
- Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
