Job Description
- We are seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representatives / Managers to join our team.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of vaccines and concentrates, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in their assigned territories.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for vaccines and concentrates.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
- Provide clients with detailed information about products, including benefits, usage, and pricing.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Provide product training and support to clients and internal teams as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry.
- Experience selling vaccines and/or concentrates is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
