Job Title: Field Sales Representative / Manager for Vaccines & Concentrates

Position Overview
- We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representatives/Managers for Vaccines & Concentrates to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets within the designated regions.
- This role is critical in ensuring the promotion and distribution of our high-quality animal health products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for vaccines and concentrates in the assigned territory.
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with key customers, including veterinary clinics, farms, distributors, and animal health consultants.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of the
- products.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide technical support and product information to customers to ensure optimal product use and
- customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and availability of products in the assigned region.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and expand market presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the animal health or agricultural sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of vaccines, concentrates, and animal health products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the designated region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with companies such as Animal Care Services Consult Nigeria Ltd. or Terratiga Ltd. is anadvantage.
- Experience in handling large-scale livestock clients or distributors is a plus.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 per month.
