Job Summary
- We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals (Executives / Managers) with a proven track record in the small appliances/kitchen appliances industry.
- Ideal candidates must come from reputable brands such as Binatone, Kenwood, Rite-Tek, Synix, or similar.
- This is a fast-track hiring opportunity with attractive compensation for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth within Port Harcourt and surrounding markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest proactive responses.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular market insights and customer feedback to the management team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the small/kitchen appliances industry.
- Prior experience with brands like Binatone, Kenwood, Rite-Tek, Synix, etc. is mandatory.
- Strong network in retail/distribution channels within Port Harcourt or the South-South region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
