Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of their dedicated team, to contribute to the growth and success of their store.

Job Overview

  • The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting these leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a direct sales role, preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter.
  • Experience in selling services is preferred.
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and lekki or their environs.

Salary
N100,000 / Month (Gross)
