Summary
- We are currently recruiting Field Sales Agents for an exciting sales project with a leading telecommunications company. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow their career in field sales and marketing.
Job Description
- Promote and sell products directly to customers
- Engage and educate potential customers on product features and benefits
- Achieve set sales targets within specified timelines
- Represent the brand professionally in the field.
Skills / Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and a persuasive personality
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
- Basic tech knowledge or interest in technology
- Proactive and eager to learn and grow.
Compensation and Incentives
- Base & Variable pay: N150,000 / Month.
- Benefits: HMO and Pension
