Job Overview
- The Field Operations Personnel is responsible for hands-on support and execution of on-ground events, brand activations, and related field operations.
- This role ensures all logistical and operational elements run smoothly from setup to breakdown, contributing to a seamless and impactful event experience.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Ground Support: Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event venues, including signage, equipment, props, and materials.
- Event Execution: Support the coordination and smooth running of activations, ensuring operational readiness and attention to detail throughout the event.
- Logistics Management: Handle logistics such as transporting event materials, loading/unloading supplies, and coordinating on-site deliveries.
- Vendor Liaison: Work alongside vendors and service providers during events to ensure timely execution of responsibilities (e.g., sound, lighting, catering, rentals).
- Inventory & Equipment: Track and manage event-related equipment and materials before, during, and after activations to ensure accountability and proper use.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues on the ground to minimize disruption and maintain a high-quality guest experience.
- Reporting & Feedback: Provide detailed feedback after each event regarding logistics, execution, and any challenges encountered to support post-event evaluation.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification; additional certification in Logistics, Event Support, or related field is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in field operations, logistics, or event support roles
- Physically fit and able to handle hands-on duties (e.g., lifting, setup)
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, or travel for assignments as needed
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
