Job Title: Field Marketer – Health & Wellness Supplements

Job Summary
- We are seeking to hire a results-driven and persuasive Field Marketer to promote its range of high-quality supplements across Lagos Island.
- The ideal candidate must be familiar with the local terrain, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s health and wellness supplement products across various areas of Lagos Island
- Identify potential customers through field activation, market visits, and local outreach
- Drive brand awareness via face-to-face marketing, direct sales, and engagement on social platforms
- Execute local market penetration strategies and grow the customer base
- Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
- Report on sales progress, market intelligence, and customer feedback regularly
- Uphold the brand image and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field marketing or direct sales, preferably in the health, beauty, or wellness sector
- Must reside on Lagos Island and possess in-depth knowledge of its neighborhoods, markets, and consumer hotspots
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a proven track record in closing sales
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in public interactions.
