Job Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Secretary to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have exceptional typing skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately, as this is a fundamental requirement for the role.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk activities while maintaining proper documentation and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Close proximity within Kubwa and envrions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting Support: Taking minutes, preparing agendas, and assisting with meeting.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, Draft, format, and proofread documents and reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk for visitors, clients, and partners
- Maintain and update client records, visitor logs, and office documents with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and administrative record-keeping.
Requirements
- He / She must have completed SSCE, OND, HND or B.Sc
- Have at least 2 years experience in the role.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 Words per Min).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary
N100,000 / Month.
