Job Title: Fashion Operations and Production Assistant
Location: Agungi, Lekki – Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and fashion-savvy Fashion Production Assistant to support the Creative Director in the day-to-day operations of a bespoke fashion business specializing in suits, tuxedos, agbada, and casuals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion background, great people skills, and a sharp eye for detail, capable of managing fabric sourcing, fittings, design execution, quality control, and production deadlines.
- This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring presence five days a week, including Saturdays, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in fabric sourcing, pattern drafting, and garment construction process
- Oversee and coordinate tailors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Support in design development, fittings, and customer measurements
- Maintain detailed records of orders, fittings, production progress, and tailor assignments
- Perform quality control checks to ensure finished pieces meet brand standards
- Follow up with suppliers, artisans, and tailors for timely production
- Support with client coordination, appointment scheduling, and showroom prep
- Ensure production timelines are strictly adhered to
- Document daily updates, issues, and resolved actions in a structured format
- Occasionally assist in logistics and errands relating to the fashion production cycle
- Assist in all aspects of operations.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in Fashion Design or related field with 1–2 years experience in a fashion production environment
- Strong background or training in fashion, tailoring, or design
- Must understand fabric types, tailoring processes, and garment construction
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Must be proactive, efficient, and a problem-solver
- Must be based in or around Agungi, Lekki (non-negotiable)
- Willing to work full-time (including Saturdays)
- Tech-savvy and capable of using Google Sheets/Excel for record keeping
- Must have a keen eye for trends, creativity, and client preferences
- Age Range: 22 – 29 years
- Must reside within Agungi or in close proximity to Agungi, Lekki, Lagos State.
Salary
N150,000 – N160,000 / Month.
