Job Title: Factory HR Officer – Female
Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Factory HR Manager to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results.
- Ensure complete compliance to the use of bio-metric machine as the sole source of attendance tracking
- Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
- Provide expertise to Plant on performance management, and Resource planning
- Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
- Ensure accurate and timely wages and payroll processing
- Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
- Support health and safety initiatives
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5years of experience in a manufacturing factory/Plant
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Remuneration
- Salary budget is N300,000 – 350,000 Net
- Female candidates only for gender balance
