Job Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facility Manager to oversee all aspects of our building’s operations.
- This is a leadership position for someone who can ensure our facility is safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning.
- Develop and manage the facility budget.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and execute long-term facility improvements and projects.
Requirements
- Relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
