We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Management Assistant

Location: Oyo
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

  • Routinely diagnose facility for potential defects and develop periodic reports.
  • Undertake maintenance and correction works on the company’s properties across the franchise.
  • Undertakes repairs and maintenance schedules to ensure property condition complies with safety standards.
  • Engages in the relocation of office equipment and furniture when required in adherence to safety rules and procedures.
  • Support in the efficient delivery of Logistics and Protocol Services.
  • Support daily operations and maintenance of the company’s elevator, electric power generators, and allied facilities.
  • Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Carries out other Sundry assignments as directed by Head Facility Management 

Job Requirements

  • National Diploma in any Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years Experience as a Facility Operator or Assistant. 
  • Strong knowledge of all facility management operations 

Technical Competencies:

  • Knowledge in preparation of scope of work and estimation 
  • Ability to interpret working drawings 
  • Knowledge of standard space management and utilization practices 
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, and electrical systems, safety rules & hazards, fire protection alarm systems, etc. 
  • Proven experience in the application of accident prevention measures
  • Proven experience implementing maintenance schedules
