Job Title: Facility & Admin Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description

  • We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility & Admin Manager to oversee our operations in Nigeria. This role demands a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our facilities
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage budgets and resources
  • Lead and develop a team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years, hands-on experience as a Facility & Admin Manager
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
