Description
- We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility & Admin Manager to oversee our operations in Nigeria. This role demands a high level of responsibility, flexibility, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our facilities
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage budgets and resources
- Lead and develop a team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years, hands-on experience as a Facility & Admin Manager
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
