Summary
- The U.S. Consulate General in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the Facility (FAC) Supply Clerk position in the Facilities Maintenance Section.
Duties
- The FAC Supply Clerk works under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager and is responsible for the acquisition, storage, inventory control and issuance of building maintenance supplies, repair parts and materials for Facility Management (FAC).
- Incumbent supports FAC maintenance shops by obtaining supplies from GSO, ensuring that the right hand and powered tools equipment and parts are ordered, stocked and issued.Â
- Incumbent serves as an incidental operator of official vehicles and is expected to pick up and delver supplies and tools as required.  Â
Requirements
- All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a Public Trust Security Clearance.Â
- All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and, may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
- Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (6 weeks) upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Education Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.Â
Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in supply/warehousing/expendable or property management is required.
Salary
USD $13,000 /Per Year.
