We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fabrication Supervisor

Location: Odogunyan, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the fabrication team, including welders, fabricators, and other workshop staff.
  • Ensure fabrication projects are completed within specified timelines and meet quality and safety standards.
  • Interpret and review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and materials to support efficient workflow and maintain safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify accuracy, adherence to specifications, and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate with project managers and other departments to coordinate schedules, resolve challenges, and meet client requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in welding, fabrication, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of [10] years’ experience in fabrication, with at least [10] years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and productivity.
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, and metal properties.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Salary
N150,00 – N250,000 monthly.
