Invitation to express interest in the Supply of various goods and services in Borno and Yobe States.

Ajwad Humanitarian Initiative (AHI) is a non-profitable organization initiated in the year 2017 and had been operating locally prior to the official registration in the year 2022.

AHI is based in Borno State the northeastern Nigeria and dedicated to serving humanity by addressing critical humanitarian needs in the areas of education, protection, health, water, sanitation, hygiene, and translation. The organization has registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and Social Control Unit against Money Laundering (SCULM) in Nigeria.

To be included in AHI’s suppliers’ database, we are actively seeking suppliers and contractors offering the following goods and services within Borno and Yobe States;

Lot 1. Catering Services
Lot 2. Farming Tools
Lot 3. Office Furniture
Lot 4. Non-Food Items (NFIs)
Lot 5. Office consumables (flip chart, plain sheets, pen, stapler, marker, extension box etc.)
Lot 6. Computer Accessories
Lot 7. Recharge Card, Telecom, GSM and Internet Services

If you are interested and want to participate, please register your company with us by sending your company profile to procurements@ahi.org.ng within the fixed dates at the top.

Your company profile must include the following:

  • Business Registration Certificate (CAC Certificate)
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate
  • Previous experience in similar works and other relevant credentials.
  • Current company business address which must be in Borno or Yobe state.
  • Active Email address
  • Any valid Identity Card of the company’s CEO.
  • Name and Phone number of the contact person.
  • Bank statements for the last three months as evidence of financial capacity.  

NOTEA company can only apply for a single LOT. The subject of the email should be: EOI-LOT NUMBER of the category you are interested inAll the documents should be in a single PDF document. All documents received after submission deadline will be considered invalid.
