Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Personnel
Location: Ojodu-Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Personnel to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs across our facility.
- The ideal candidate will ensure that equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely, minimising downtime and supporting smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and carry out necessary repairs.
- Replace light bulbs, clean fixtures, repair doors, paint surfaces, and perform other general maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and maintain building security systems, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Assist with equipment installations, relocations, and upgrades as required.
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and resolve them efficiently.
- Keep records of work performed and report major repairs or equipment needs to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards at all times.
- Maintain tools and maintenance supplies in good working order.
- Assist with groundskeeping, waste disposal, and general upkeep of the facility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in a relevant trade (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven experience in building or equipment maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment or materials.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and PPE use.
