Job Title: Experienced Early Years Teacher

About the Role
- A reputable learning school in Abuja is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Teacher to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development, learning through play, and classroom management for children ages 2–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and report to parents/guardians
- Support emotional and behavioral development in line with best practices
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school events and trainings
Requirements
- NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or Early Childhood Development
- Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience in an early years classroom
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Creativity, patience, and passion for working with young children
- Familiarity with EYFS or Montessori methods is an added advantage
- TRCN certification is an added advantage.
