
NICA was established by law vide ante Act No. 26 of August 16th, 2022. The Act gives NICA the statutory power and supervisory authority to control, regulate, and set standards for the credit management profession and education in Nigeria; thus, the Institute promote, protect, enhance, and encourage sound credit business management across industries, and other credit management related matters throughout the federation of Nigeria with impact on global credit matters.

Job Title: Executive Driver to the CEO
Location: Eti-Osa, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Executive Driver to the CEO is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and confidential transportation for the Chief Executive Officer.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and flexibility. The driver will ensure that the CEO’s travel schedule runs smoothly, assisting with route planning, time management, and occasionally coordinating with security personnel or executive assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and punctual transportation for the CEO to and from meetings, events, airports, and other engagements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the CEO’s schedule and communications.
- Plan and research the best routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, fueled, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- Manage daily schedules and adjust to any last-minute changes or urgent travel needs.
- Maintain logs of travel times, mileage, and vehicle service records.
- Occasionally handle light errands or deliveries on behalf of the CEO.
- Collaborate with the executive assistant or office staff for daily scheduling and logistics.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and corporate safety regulations at all times.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid driving license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
- Must be familiar with Lagos routes.
- Must possess strong verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional or executive driver.
- Strong knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and alternative routes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong sense of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
