We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Brand Management Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Executive Brand Management Specialist will work closely with the Executive Director, Sales and Marketing and the Executive Chairman, Tranter Group, joggling multiple brands, perception management and marketing projects.
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to anticipate needs and leverage digital communications to maximise profitability for the brands in the Tranter Group, Tranter IT, IoT Africa and Bullseye Digital Manpower.
  • Primary responsibilities include management of the social media presence of Tranter IT’s top 2 executives, providing general media oversight, carrying out social listening, working with the PR Consultant and Comms Manager to securing public speaking engagements for the executives, and enhancing brand perception.

The role is responsible for:

  • Building the Tranter IT Group brand, increasing brand awareness, and leveraging brand opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies which encompasses the marketing of Tranter IT Group services through the platforms of the Executive Director and the Executive Chairman of Tranter Group.
  • Implementing partner marketing communications, leveraging digital marketing, email marketing, advertising, telesales and public relations, duly maximising database potentials and audience segmentation

Duties & Responsibilities
LinkedIn and other Socials:

  • Driving short and long-term strategies on LinkedIn and other social media platforms;
  • Managing the personal brands on publicly accessible platforms and LinkedIn presence of the Executive Director and the Chairman;
  • Managing social media management activities including content creation, copywriting, proofreading and editing of content calendar before deployment on the LinkedIn and other social media accounts;
  • Driving Leads Generation using B2B Social Selling strategies on LinkedIn;
  • Monitoring and reporting on LinkedIn channels and optimising content strategies;
  • Running ads on LinkedIn and other platforms, providing reports on all ad results;
  • Building connections and managing online interactions for business benefits.

Content Management:

  • Management of content and strategy for social media accounts
  • Development of content for use on other channels as an extension of social media thoughts
  • Outreach and relationship-building; ability to identify potential collaborations, partnerships and business ventures
  • PR management for multiple corporate brands through the offices of the ED and the Chairman of Tranter Group
  • Supporting the executives’ speaking engagements including the creation of presentations and speeches
  • Complex responsibilities requiring considerable judgment and initiative with minimal direction including smart, reliable follow-up
  • Interpret objectives, set milestones, prioritize tasks, timelines and resource allocation; report status internally
  • Research: investigate issues, gather details, summarize information and escalate when necessary
  • Implement efficiency and coaching tools for the ED and the Chairman

Brand Management:

  • Management of content and strategy for social media accounts
  • Outreach and relationship-building; ability to identify potential collaborations, partnerships and business ventures
  • Leveraging various channels to enhancing the executives’ brands

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND
  • 3+ years prior experience working in a content writing and social media management role
  • Proven communications skills, especially the conceptualisation of idea, content development, writing and editing.
  • Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • Familiarity or experience working with content management system software is an asset
  • Ability to manage executives to achieve timely results for organisational good.
