Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Calendar and Time Management: Manage the CEO’s complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and deadlines, and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Correspondence and Communication: Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing the CEO’s incoming and outgoing communications (phone calls, emails, mail), drafting and editing professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, detailed itineraries, and ground transportation.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary materials, take comprehensive meeting minutes, and track follow-up action items to ensure timely completion.
- Administrative and Project Support: Manage expense reports, process invoices, conduct research, and provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information and maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.
- Office and External Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, clients, board members, and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with professionalism.
Skills:
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-Level executives or senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of staff and external partners.
- Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of integrity and professional discretion.
- A college degree is preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
Eligibility:
- Must be a graduate with strong computer skills.
Salary Range
N70,000.00 – N150,000.00 per month.
