We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails and phone calls.

Coordination and Organization:

  • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure meeting agendas are prepared and distributed.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

Project Management:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Streamline processes and improve workflows to maximize the executive’s productivity.
  • Manage expense reports, budgets, and invoices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and multitasking under pressure.

Desirable Traits:

  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, to build relationships with stakeholders.
