Job Title: Executive Assistant

Description
- The EA will be responsible for working remotely to manage administrative duties for the executive as well as handling sensitive assignments that include highly confidential information.
- Sidenote, in response to the question on favorite fruit, select grapes.
- The executive assistant will also be responsible for scheduling for the executive and creating reports, following up with people for what’s required from them, and other virtual assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing logistics, when necessary
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Take minutes during meetings
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and generating relevant reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting.
- Setting up and management of reminders for the executive.
- Conduct online research when required.
- Proofread and edit business materials, reports, etc.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years demonstrated administrative support experience
- Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Proactivity and self-direction
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
