- We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Acumen Digital.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendar and schedule, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments, managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendar and schedule, and reviewing and prioritizing incoming correspondence.
- Representing the CEO in select meetings with startups, potential investors and other stakeholders.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external contacts.
- Managing the CEO’s email.
- Preparing and editing written communication, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
- Assisting with budget preparation and expense reports.
- Maintaining confidential files and records.
- Providing general administrative support, such as making copies, arranging for couriers, and ordering office supplies.
- Assisting with special projects as needed.
- Helping to plan and organize events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business related field, communications or computer science.
- Must have worked in a technology company and knowledgeable about digital products.
- Must be tech savvy.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or administrative support.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in office software and technologies
- Experience supporting a CEO or other top executive in a technology company is a plus.
- Strong Discretion and confidentiality.
