Job Description

  • We are seeking to employ an organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-competent Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office packages, and possess strong content writing skills. 
  • This role also involves managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and proofread emails, reports, and documents
  • Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries/comments
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records
  • Assist in coordinating company events and property listings
  • Ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong content writing and editing skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts professionally
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Must reside in Abuja, preferably close to Area 11
