Job Description
- We are seeking to employ an organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-competent Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office packages, and possess strong content writing skills.Â
- This role also involves managing the company’s social media platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility online.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and documents
- Create, edit, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries/comments
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Assist in coordinating company events and property listings
- Ensure effective internal and external communication
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must reside in Abuja, preferably close to Area 11
