Job Title: Event Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor management.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand event objectives and requirements.
  • Oversee event setup, including venue arrangements, decorations, and technical requirements. -Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Manage on-site operations during events, including staff supervision, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
  • Handle event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communications.
  • Evaluate event performance and gather feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed event reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all event activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative approaches into event planning.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / month.
