Job Title: Estate Surveyor and Valuer

Job Summary
- We seeks to engage a qualified and experienced Estate Surveyor and Valuer to join its growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional property valuation, management, and advisory services, as well as contributing to the firm’s business development objectives.
- The role requires a dynamic professional who can deliver accurate valuations, manage diverse property portfolios, and ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations for sales, leasing, mortgage, and investment purposes.
- Manage, market, and oversee residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, and detailed market analyses.
- Advise clients on property investments, asset management, and portfolio diversification.
- Identify and pursue new property and business development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and professional standards.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, tenants, and relevant agencies.
Requirements / Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc. Degree in Estate Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in property valuation, estate management, or real estate consultancy.
- Sound understanding of valuation principles, property laws, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Must possess integrity, attention to detail, and a professional work ethic.
- Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON (or in progress) will be an added advantage.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
