We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Estate Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage all maintenance, repairs and renovation of buildings and estates.
- Meet with owners to discuss plans and general estate requirements.
- Ensuring generation of funds via payment of dues.
- Bringing innovation to foster development within the estates.
- Keep detailed records and documentation.
- Creative and intuitive thinker and problem – solver.
- Supervise all Estate employees.
- Ensure compliance to applicable codes, procedures and legislation including health and safety.
- Constant communication with estate clients
- Clients issues resolution.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc with 2 – 5 years of work experience.
Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 monthly.
