We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Enterprise Sales Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in enterprise-level accounts.
- Building Client Relationships: Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise clients.
- Identifying New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Presenting Solutions: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiating Deals: Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Managing Sales Pipeline: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular forecasts and updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
- Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products and services offered, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
