Job Title: English Tutor

Job Summary
- A professional English tutor is needed to teach a 17-year-old Chinese girl who struggles with the English language.
- Lessons will be conducted physically (not virtual), so the tutor must be available for in-person sessions.
Responsibilities
Tutoring:
- Provide personalized English language instruction tailored to the student’s learning needs and goals.
- Focus on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, with an emphasis on building vocabulary and grammar.
- Utilize engaging and interactive teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
- Assess the student’s progress regularly and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
- Provide insights into Western culture and communication styles to help the student adapt and feel more comfortable in English-speaking environments.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to boost the student’s confidence in using English.
- Encourage the student to set and achieve personal language goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Master’s Degree, majored in Education with 3 years experience.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience, particularly with ESL (English as a Second Language) students, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- A young woman betweenthe age bracket 32-25 years oldis preferred.
